Available Jockey Club sales & leases

Equity members of the Ruidoso Jockey Club, Inc., have the opportunity to sell or lease their membership until such time annual dues must be paid.

2025 ANNUAL DUES ARE $2175.78 (This includes $300 food and beverage credit)

2025 TRANSFER FEES ARE: $803.91

Note: These fees are negotiable and can be paid by either party but must be paid in full prior to a transfer of membership.
